Jacob Jennings

I've always loved teaching and helping other people understand ideas and concepts that are more on the challenging side. I first started playing around with teaching when I was in middle school. I went out of my way to get worksheets for middle-elementary school math, and then taught that to my younger sister and her friend from across the street, even grading those worksheets for them to look over afterwards. From there I continued in the role of teaching through coaching my old summer league swim team from the age of 15 to 21. The joy of helping someone find an understanding in complex ideas through my own way of teaching has always been something I strive for. I'm hoping to continue that love for learning in the classroom as a future teacher.
